Our Vision
Community Housing Support -
Safe Homes. Brighter Futures.
Our Commitment to Community Housing Support
We help individuals and families find stability, build confidence and feel connected to their community.
Inspired by Anne Marie’s journey, we want to create a North East where no one faces housing insecurity or digital barriers alone. Through practical support, digital inclusion and community connections, we help people build a more secure future.
A home is more than a roof — it is the foundation for independence, inclusion and the chance to thrive.
OUR STORY
Inspired by Anne Marie. Built to support our communities.

Anne Marie Martin Community CIC was created in loving memory of Anne Marie — a devoted mother whose strength, determination and compassion remain at the heart of everything we do.
After losing her much-loved husband, Tom, Anne Marie faced the enormous challenge of raising her children while navigating ill health, housing insecurity, rising living costs and barriers to employment. Too often, she faced those challenges without knowing where to turn for the right support.
Despite the pressures she faced, Anne Marie never lost her compassion for others. One of our lasting memories is that even during times when keeping a secure roof over her own family's heads was a struggle, she would still give what she could to charity and think of people who might be facing even greater hardship.
That quiet generosity — caring about others even when life wasn't easy for her — continues to inspire our work today.
